Multiple reports of Run and Gun on the sniper server, if Maxel can make a case on why this ban should be lifted we will put it to a public vote.

Cheaters will be banned without exception

6. Spawn shield is for getting to a camping spot, not for killing an opponent you happen to spawn next to.

6. Die Spawn Phase ist dafür da um an einen Ort zu gelangen wo man gerne Campen möchte und nicht um einen anderen Vorteil daraus zu ziehen.

I've always found Maxel to be a good hearted, good spirited player. Given the language issue, I can understand where misunderstanding in the rules could occur.

He is statistically in the ranks of the top 10 on the camper server. Clearly, he knows the maps and the game. So if Maxel is on server, you can expect and excellent challenge.

I hope the translation of the rule infractions helps to create better relations with Maxel and other players.

I do not get to play much, but I have played Maxel several times. I was surprised to see the ban notice and will not advocate to lift the ban if there is cause. In the meantime I submitted my vote on the poll based on his response.

Not being there when these offenses took place I can't speak intelligently about it but, in all the time I have played him he has never really given reason for concern. I would first ask who the parties are that made the allegations. Are they just mad because he was killing them alot? Do they play the server often? Has it happened before? It clearly states that this is a skilled level server and sometimes new players are a little overwhelmed and it can cause an allegation of cheating. Is there proof of some sort? If not, give him the benefit of the doubt.

Side note... Sometimes Greg and I wage war on each other in certain maps and we are revenge killing each other as fast as possible! We BOTH know we can only do this with one another and we laugh the whole match. If someone were to say "that guy is cheating" or "he is a revenge killer" during one of these maps, I can see where it would be a problem. So don't ban me!!! lol. Anyway, give him a break and see what happens.

Based on my knowledge of the players involved: Both players are very experienced. One is a classic, disciplined & skilled camper. The other equally skilled but not so disciplined regarding camping.

I totally agree. I have never seen anything really worth mentioning. I back the idea to give him another chance.
