The Map was.... Forbidden Temples Day

The Time was 2:00 PM Hawaii Time.. 8:00 pm East Coast

Ishtar was playing under Icewoman, first in the beginning of the game,He revved me 4 times and I killed him 3 times..Then total run and gun the rest of the map..

If you can Please read the logs, and whatever you decide is what happens I can tell you, for myself I am sick of this guy ruining games, when you read the logs you will see everyone talking about his play as Icewoman...and one of the 50 other names he or she uses...

I read my post again and I seems I may have been a bit pushy there, please excuse me if thats the case I was mad at the time and posted during the infractions, but i also noticed there are no reply's and 50 views,

Hi Sweendog , no need for apologies...I was pissed in a big way when I posted that, ishtar was really getting under my skin that day... I cannot stand cheaters...I am learning to just be quiet and play...Keyword learning...Its not such a big deal, he is not with Isis or Al Qaeda ...Just some fool..I will get over it, I am happy just to let off some steam playing UT on the ODC Sniper server...Thanks for the reply..Later bro..Scotty

I saw this post and thought I would just mention that he has been warned and banned so many times I lost count years ago but unfortunately all he has to do is change his IP and/or use a new CD key and he's right back in. The names can be used by anyone and as many times as anyone chooses to use them. The name is not unique to any player and some alias have been banned by thinking a cheater was using that alias and may have well been but turned out it was a legal player being banned but with just an unfortunate association with a cheater by name. When a player is banned they just get use a keygen to create a new key and boom they are back in. If we banned the IP address they just change and again, back in. I personally banned Ishtar's IP address twice but he would still show back up after a bit. Even with today's consoles if a player is banned for cheating say on an Xbox One then he or she just loses their gamertag and console ID but if they go buy another Xbox and create a new gamertag they are right back in it. If the cheater is determined to play there is no way to stop them and I dealt with Ishtar a long time. The best way to deal with a cheat or rule breaker is just to leave the server and if everyone leaves they will too but yes it is ungodly frustrating but so is trying to ban them. I could be remembering incorrectly but I seem to recall one of Ishtar's IP address having more than 2 dozen alias associated with it and the cracked CD key he was using having more than 50 names associated with it. Sadly there isn't much to be done. I do apologize for the lack of response on the part of the admins as I haven't been on in over 18 months but short of prison a dedicated rule breaker is impossible to defeat.
